Abstract

This article presents the results of research into the age-related characteristics of the relationship between indicators of special physical fitness and the effectiveness of defensive tactical actions of young football players aged 11-15. It should be noted that the issue of controlling the process of training young football players in defensive tactical actions has not been studied enough and requires specialized research that would allow determining a set of factors that determine the effectiveness of defensive actions. It is obvious that, among other things, the effectiveness of defensive tactical actions by young football players is determined by the level of special physical fitness. An insufficient level of special physical training leads to a decrease in the quality of performance of technical and tactical actions, especially against the background of fatigue. Therefore, the objective numerical values of the components of special physical preparation should be considered as indicators of the functional state of the athlete's body, as well as an important criterion for improving the process of technical and tactical training of football players. It is well known that childhood and adolescence are favorable for learning and improving tactical actions. Because of this, we justified the need to determine the specifics of the impact of indicators of special physical fitness on the effectiveness of defensive tactical actions by young football players. The aim of the research – to determine the age-related features of the relationship between indicators of special physical fitness and the effectiveness of defensive tactical actions of young football players aged 11-15. Research methods. The tasks were solved using the following research methods: analysis of literary sources and best practice experience, pedagogical control and methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the need to improve the defensive tactical actions of young football players is substantiated, taking into account the impact on the effectiveness of their performance of indicators of special physical fitness. The results of the test characteristics of the level of special physical fitness of young football players from 11 to 15 years old probably increase annually (p < 0.05). Conclusions. High indicators of the speed characteristics of special physical training (running for 30 m with ball handling and 5x30 m running with ball handling) determine the efficiency of execution, first of all, of such elements as «ball selection» and «counteraction opponent». Research has established that with age, the value of high speed-power characteristics of special physical fitness (sum of ball hits per range and ball throws per range) for the effective performance of defensive tactical actions increases
