Abstract
Introduction. The modern tourist market has received new development trends and actual growth to the end of pandemic caused by the SARS-CoVid-19 coronavirus infection. Cultural and cognitive tourism has received new trends in designing of its tourist product also. Cultural and cognitive tourism product includes not only traditional directions for investigations of cultural, historical and natural heritage of a certain territory (country, region, locality), but also this product includes virtual trips and guiding tours using modern technological equipment of augmented and mixed reality in the latest realities. The use of innovative technologies in cultural and cognitive tourism product designing were carried out by both national and foreign scientists. The specifics of cultural and cognitive tourism development in the Chernihiv region of Ukraine is investigated by such scientists as Beidyk O.O., Kravchenko N.O., Lyubitseva O.O., Matsola V.I. etc. However, the problem of using innovative multimedia technologies for cultural and cognitive tourism product designing in Chernihiv region has not yet been analyzed in detail. The aim of the study. That is why the purpose of this study is to analyze the use of innovative multimedia technologies for cultural and cognitive tourism product designing in Chernihiv region. The aim of the study is to discover the essence and characteristic features of cultural and cognitive tourism, to determine the features and mechanisms of its tourist product designing, to analyze the features of innovative multimedia technologies usage for cultural and cognitive tourism product designing e.g. augmented and mixed reality, as well as the investigate the directions of cultural and cognitive tourism product designing in Chernihiv region of Ukraine. Research materials and methods. This study is based on scientific dialectical method. The main investigation methods of this study are: the method of descriptive analysis, literary reference analysis, analytical method as well as scientific synthesis. The results. The essence and characteristic features of cultural and cognitive tourism were determined. The features and mechanisms of cultural and cognitive tourist product designing were investigated. The features of augmented and mixed reality innovative multimedia technologies usage were analyzed. The directions of acquired experience approbation within the Chernihiv region of Ukraine was investigated. Conclusion. There priority directions of innovative cultural and cognitive tourism product development in Chernihiv region based on multimedia technologies of augmented and mixed reality are: organization of pilgrimage tours to Orthodox shrines of Chernihiv region; organization of nature environmental tours, including within the framework of active and sports tourism (on the Desna River, etc.); organization of gastronomic tours with elements of sports fishing, tasting (beer) tourism; organization of ethnographic, historical and educational tours based on the ancient past of the Slavic tribes from the Kyivan Rus times. Prospects for further research. Chernihiv region has a powerful historical and cultural heritage, which ensures the development of cultural and cognitive tourism in the region. The main feature of Chernihiv region is a large number of buildings constructed in various architectural styles that attract the attention of tourists as well as wide opportunities for the development of pilgrimage, natural, active, gastronomic, ethnographic, historical and cognitive tourism. The above mentioned directions of cultural and cognitive tourism in Chernihiv region have the greatest prospects for designing an innovative tourist product using multimedia technologies of augmented and mixed reality
