Abstract
Introduction. One of the central factors in the development of Ukraine's competitiveness and economic sustainability is the nation's health, level and quality of education. This problem is especially relevant in a context where modern education, with its inherent dynamism, high intensity of mental workload and increased amount of information, places high demands on students, including the development of a responsible attitude to their health and the health of future generations. In this regard, it is important to provide future teachers with scientific insights into ways and methods of improving their own and their students' health. That is why the formation of students' self-organization of a healthy lifestyle is now considered an educational value, because the future trainer must confirm the unity of the principles of a healthy lifestyle by personal example. The purpose. Theoretically substantiate the model of forming the readiness of university students for self-organization of a healthy lifestyle. Material and methods. Theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature on the experience of regional health centers, public associations, as well as analysis and generalization of the results of the practice of training the formation of self-organization of a healthy lifestyle among university students. Results. The analysis showed that in order to effectively form students' readiness for selforganization of a healthy lifestyle, a comprehensive work is needed, including the organization of regular sports activities for students, special methodological, technological, psychological and pedagogical work to orient students to self-organization of a healthy lifestyle, contextual learning, experiential learning, reflective technologies, etc. Conclusions. As a result of the analysis of the problem of students' self-organization of a healthy lifestyle, we concluded that self-organization of a healthy lifestyle is an integral quality of a personality, which consists in the ability of a conscious, systematic activity of a person to save and improve their own health through the organization of a healthy lifestyle in the context of physical, spiritual and intellectual self-development. The self-organization of a healthy lifestyle in the context of the activity-competence approach can be described through the structure of basic competencies, which include gnostic, cognitive, design, constructive, communicative, organizational, activity and reflective
