Анотація
Вступ. Одним із стратегічних завдань системи освіти стає формування особистості з високим рівнем екологічної культури, важливим періодом формування якої є молодший шкільний вік. Актуальність дослідження обумовлюється необхідністю обґрунтування підходів до розробки шкільного екологічного моніторингу для формування екологічної культури школярів початкових класів та підвищення показників їх фізичного стану в процесі позакласних занять з фізичного виховання. Мета – розробити структуру та зміст шкільного екологічного моніторингу для формування екологічної культури школярів початкових класів та підвищення показників їх фізичного стану. Методи: теоретичний аналіз фахової науково-методичної літератури, антропометричні, фізіологічні, педагогічні, соціологічні методи дослідження, методи математичної статистики. Результати роботи. Започатковано структуру та розроблено зміст моніторингу екологічної культури у процесі позакласних занять з фізичного виховання, що містить діагностику екологічної освіченості дітей молодшого шкільного віку, рівень адаптаційно-резервних можливостей, рухової активності та фізичного здоров’я школярів молодшого шкільного віку. За результатами моніторингу оцінено його складові у дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Отримані результати покладено в основу розробки програми позакласних занять з використанням засобів екологічного туризму. Висновки. Результати констатувального експерименту свідчать про потенційні можливості молодших школярів щодо формування екологічно доцільної поведінки
