Priority methods of physical culture and health-improving classes for women of the first mature age

Abstract

Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and practical experience, the article determines the role of physical and moving performance for women of the first mature age. It is regarded as the essential prerequisite to protect health and efficiency as it impacts the motivation to form the need in moving activity and keeping a healthy lifestyle. The article studies factors that encourage women of reproductive age for physical and health training. They also affect their development, attitude and interest to use various kinds and forms of moving activities in their spare time. Our scientific paper aims to define motives for physical and health training by women of the first mature age. Throughout our study, we used such methods as the analysis and generalization of data received from scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics. The results of our study. Health protection and strengthening of every member of society are one of the most topical today’s issues. Women of reproductive age are not the exception. The results of our questionnaire showed the main motivational priorities in forming motivation by women of the mature period for physical and health activity. The article reveals that the everyday use of physical exercises significantly increases the efficient process of physical and mental recovery by women of reproductive age. It also facilitates their sustainable development. Conclusion. Taking into account our studies and the analysis of scientific and methodological literature as well as advanced practical experience, we can affirm that the principal reason why physical efficiency reduces and provokes the bad health state of women of the first mature age is the insufficient motivation for physical and health training in free time
