Abstract

Abstract. The relevance of the research topic is the need to address the problem of psychological training of future teachers of physical education for teaching. This in turn requires increasing the effectiveness of training of specialists in physical culture and sports; development of an algorithm for productive solution of training problems. The purpose of the study is to determine and theoretically substantiate the features of the psychological readiness of future physical education teachers for professional activities. Research methods: identification, analysis and clarification of psychological and pedagogical literature in identifying identified problems. Research results. In the article, based on the analysis and systematization of literary sources, it is noted that the importance of the psychological aspect in the professional training of future physical education teachers in modern conditions is not sufficiently represented. In the process of professional training, it is necessary not only to identify the level of personal and individual characteristics of students, but also to correct them. Professional development of students in the educational environment of higher education institutions is enhanced: a well-thought-out translation of the acquired psychological and pedagogical knowledge to the level of practical physical culture and pedagogical skills; systematic business communication with experienced mentors; a clear focus of the educational process on the implementation of a specific program; constantly updated recommendations of teachers and methodologists on the use of innovative technologies; thoughtful organization of educational and professional activities. Conclusions. Consequently, without a certain level of development of moral and psychological readiness, it is impossible to achieve qualitative changes in the professional training of future teachers of physical culture, to ensure the creative fulfillment of their professional functions and duties
