Abstract

Topicality. The formation and education of a harmonious personality with not only knowledge but also practical skills is the key to society. From preschool age, the child begins to acquire the motor skills and abilities that are offered to him in the institution of preschool education. Physical education classes and specialists in this field have a great responsibility. For a positive emotional background and the corresponding development of motor skills, the main role is played by mobile games. Mobile games are one of the main means of physical education of children. Preschoolers need movement. During mobile games, children's movements improve and physical qualities develop. The purpose of the study to increasing the effectiveness of physical education by means of mobile games influencing the formation of physical qualities of older preschool children. Research methods: theoretical – for the analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical literature; pedagogical – to study the effectiveness of existing and studied programs; methods of mathematical statistics – for processing research results. Results. As a result of the conducted researches it is proved that in physical education of children of senior preschool age it is more expedient to use the program based on application of the mobile games effectively influencing development of motor qualities. Playing mobile games of different directions, children are brought up attention and observation, develop strong-willed qualities, form a character. The analysis of program and methodical materials on physical education in preschool institutions and the organization of this process in practice show that the main attention in physical education classes is paid to learning basic movements. As a result, preschoolers do not receive the necessary physical activity, which would have a significant impact on the development of physical qualities. Conclusions. The use of physical education programs for older preschool children with an increased volume of mobile games is more effective for the development of physical qualities at this age than the use of the existing physical education preschool children
