Abstract
Introduction. Today, there is a trend of deterioration in the health of the population of Ukraine. The COVID epidemic and military operations in Ukraine have further complicated this problem. A decrease in motor activity leads to negative changes in the functioning of all body systems, and the cardiovascular system in particular. Fitness classes have a positive effect on the functional state of the body, achieving and maintaining optimal physical condition and reducing the risk of developing diseases, contributing to the preservation and development of physical fitness. The purpose of the study is to determine the algorithm for building health and fitness training classes. Research methods: theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature on the researched problem. Research results. There are three types of fitness classes: general and recreational fitness, physical fitness, sports-oriented fitness. The planning and organization of classes has its own characteristics and a certain construction algorithm. Performing exercises in different movement modes will have a certain effect. There are four exercise modes: health mode, training mode, sports longevity support mode, rehabilitation mode. Conclusions. Physical culture and wellness technologies are a way of implementing activities aimed at achieving and maintaining a healthy physical state of the body and reducing the risk of developing chronic diseases by means of wellness physical culture. These are the basic rules for the use of special knowledge and skills, forms of organization and specific actions that are necessary for the implementation of physical culture and health activities
