Abstract

At the present time, the leading strategy of the ideology of education in Ukraine is orientation towards the development of the student's personality, which involves the organization of his activities, which is maximally aimed at the physical, intellectual, moral and aesthetic improvement of the younger generation. At the same time, the success of any activity depends not only on the abilities and level of knowledge of the individual, but also on his desire, aspiration to achieve high results, that is, on motivation.
