Abstract
Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the roller figure skating training for the physical qualities’ development of the 9-10 years old girls. Within the scope of the study, it was important to show the influence of roller figure skating training for the level and individual indicators of physical preparedness of female skaters, which are considered as objective prerequisites for improvement of technical skills. Figure skating on roller skates allows you to perform a whole set of important tasks in working with students: satisfy their need for movement, teach them to master their bodies, develop them physical qualities, mental and creative abilities, moral qualities, etc. Classes with roller sports, which includes figure skating on roller skates, is very accessible to the majority of the population. They are held as in the open in the air, as well as in sports halls, roller rinks. The only requirement for such classes is that sports grounds must have special equipment and safety precautions must be followed. Technical training in figure skating on roller skates is characterized by complex coordination movements of sportswomen, who performs according to musical accompaniment. It needs a high level of the physical qualities’ development. The specificity of this means of physical education puts forward high requirements for young sportswomen regarding their physical qualities’ development. Currently, literary data indicate that the search for the methods of the increasing the efficiency of the training process without increasing the volume and load intensity remains relevant. The purpose of the research: is the experimental justification of the development and the physical qualities improvement methodology, considering the age features for 9-10 years old girls, engaged in figure skating on roller skates. Material and methods. To solve the tasks set in the work, there was the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific methodological literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical testing; methods of mathematical statistics. 15 9-10 years old girls, engaged in figure skating on roller skates, took part in the study. The results. Based on the analysis of literary data about the state of the issue we found out that figure skating classes have a positive effect as on the physiological state of the body, as well on physical fitness of rollers. As a result of the study it is determined that figure skating on roller skates helps increasing the level of physical fitness of 9-10 years old girls. Conclusions. At the beginning of the study, the values of all indicators of physical readiness of 9-10-year-old girls, engaged in figure skating in roller skates, were noted at an average level and at a level below average. The exception was the flexibility test. Its results were higher than average. During the research it was found that the practice of figure skating on roller skates influenced positively to the physical qualities’ development of the 9-10 years old girls. The level indicators of the physical fitness development increased to an average and above-average level. Thus, the obtained results indicate that figure skating on roller skates’ classes are an effective means of the physical qualities development for the 9-10 years old girls
